Portfolio Update November 2019

And November has gone by. It feels like with was only a week ago I wrote my first portfolio update.

Nevertheless, welcome to this November portfolio update.

Crowdlending portfolio november 2019

November has been a slow month for me. I’ve not done much in my portfolio. However, I added Envestio. More on Envestio later.

The monthly income seems to become pretty stable. I do have some investments that are not monthly paid for instance Bulkestate. This month I received interest from Bulkestate.

PlatformXIRR
Mintos12.35%
Grupeer15.21%
Fast Invest15.12%
Bulkestate3.42%
Robo.cash11.42%
Crowdestor8.70%
Monethera22.10%
FinBee15.31%
PeerBerry15.31%
Wisefund24.44%
Swaper12.26%
Kuetzal*42.51%

*Kuetzal XIRR is calculated with its signup bonus of 15€. They don’t run this campaign anymore, however, they do offer 0.5% cashback on all investments made within 180 days.

Envestio

End October, start November loans began popping up on Envestio. I took the chance to get into these high-interest loans. I’ve looked for an entry for a while, but not much has happened over the last 6-8 months.

Hopefully, they will keep the flow of loan projects – which in turn means that I will deposit more to the platform.

Reinvest24 withdrawal and PropertyPartner?

No new projects have been added to Reinvest24 for a while. And the projects take ages to fund, therefore I withdrew the cash drag I’ve had for the last few months.

For now, I will keep withdrawing cash from Reinvest24, whenever the loans get repaid. I like the platform and concept, but there simply aren’t enough projects or investors.

PropertyPartner is still in my portfolio. I still haven’t given much thought into what I’m going to do, but I don’t enjoy the fees.

Bulkestate

I had my first loan on Bulkestate repaid, therefore I received my first interest from them. I do hope that they can do something in the future about having monthly interest payments.

Swaper and PeerBerry

I have seen cash drag on both Swaper and PeerBerry. Swaper has limited loans, but the platform works well. I increased the minimum investment amount in each loan. That seems to have fixed my cash drag problem.

To fix my cash drag on PeerBerry I changed my auto-invest settings and added a new auto-invest setting for loans from 11%. Lower than normal, but better than having a cash drag.

What will December bring?

I plan to deposit more funds to Grupeer.

If loan projects are added to Wisefund, Kuetzal, Crowdestor, and Envestio I will be adding funds to them aswell.

Other than that I will write reviews of the platforms that I use, so stay tuned for that.

Final words

How is your portfolio doing? Which platforms do you consider adding?

Or perhaps you’re not yet started on your portfolio – why is that?

I look forward to improving the monthly portfolio update – feel free to leave any suggestions for improvement.

P.S. if you want to watch how a single platform is doing under the portfolio navigation tab, you will find more in-depth content. More platforms will be added soon and hopefully, soon all of my platforms will be documented here.
