Portfolio update March 2020

What is going on? This portfolio update is just about 15 days late. Well, no excuses, but I’ve had my Easter vacation and I’ve waited on a FastInvest withdrawal. More on that later.

Let us get into last month’s portfolio updates.

Fast Invest12.09%

*Note: I marked Grupeer since it’s highly questionable. Read more in the section about Grupeer. Also Monethera is in the grey area.

The monthly income this month is a bit lower than last month with 39€ in interest.

I’m actually shocked by Grupeer. I didn’t expect there to be any fake loan originators. How did they come this far?

It was one of the platforms I trusted the most and now it looks like they will end up side by side with Kuetzal and Envestio.

I have not counted Grupeer as a loss yet, but I might well do in the next month.

What I’ve done is joined a Telegroup, where some guys in the group are trying to set up legal action and what you need to do. This doesn’t mean that you will get any of your invested money back, but feel free to take a look.

I’m not going to go into any more details, but you can find some evidence here.

Fast Invest

With everything going on in the crowdlending sector I’m starting to cash out where it makes sense to me. The first platform where I’ve done this is Fast Invest. Fast Invest doesn’t share details on many of their loan originators and in our current situation we need this, so we can do our own due diligence.

I withdrew 670€ which is 4€ more than I’ve deposited. I’ve left the rest of the profit in my account.

I used Fast Invest moneyback guarantee. This means that the loans I sold I also had to pay back the interest. I’m fine with this, I’m just happy to get out.

However, I still haven’t received my withdrawal. I requested the withdrawal on the 01-04-2020 and as of 19-04-2020 I have still not received any funds. This is why I’ve held back on writing last month’s update. I’ve sent their support an email today and I’m waiting on their response.

Update 20-04-2020:
Fast Invest replied with this:

I will keep an eye out on my account this week to see if they arrive.

I plan to invest these funds into stocks to minimize my exposure to the crowdlending sector.

UPDATE: I’ve received my funds now. Finally.

Monethera is probably going to end up side by side with Kuetzal and Envestio. Withdrawals haven’t been processes since mid-February and I still haven’t received my withdrawal from last month.

There exists a legal action telegram group for Monethera as well. You can find it here if you’re interested.

Swaper and RoboCash

In March both Swaper and RoboCash increased their interest rates to 14%. I still like both platforms and Swaper seems to have a lot more loans at the moment.

Wisefund is having troubling funding new projects and they have had issues paying interest. However, I have not had any issues with withdrawals.

The rest

The rest of the platforms is doing okay. If you have any questions feel free to comment 🙂

A few of my stocks are struggling in this COVID-19 time, but for April and May, I plan to put more cash into my eToro account and my personal trading account. I like to be ready for when we will see progress in the market.

As always feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
